To the left – A Photo a Week Challenge: The Rule of Thirds

This week Nancy has challenged us with the topic of ‘The Rule of Thirds’, saying:

IN A NEW POST CREATED FOR THIS CHALLENGE, SHARE A PHOTO OR TWO (OR MORE) USING THE RULE OF THIRDS.

One of the first rules a photographer or artist learns, or have I always known it, along with the golden spiral, for some of us it is instinctual, for others composition is worked at.  On good days I fall into the first category, on other days the second.  This almost breaks the rules, but not quite, still I like it, and for some reason I find the emphasis on the left hand third more aesthetically pleasing, does anyone have the opposite opinion?
