A preying mantis in a Welsh landscape

I see this man, a praying mantis in a Welsh landscape, on my early morning #lockdown exercise walks, I used to only really see him on snowy days, but now I see him regularly. He intrigues me, he is not natural, some would say an imposition upon an otherwise beautiful horizon. Yet I like him for who he is, just the way he is, he asks me to take his photo on regular occasion, and I am happy to comply.
