Challenge: Lens-Artists Photo Challenge
Topic: #101 – One Single Flower
Cee is the guest host for the Lens artists this week, and she asks,
When I was asked to guest host, my first thought was it had to be a flower challenge and as I thought more about it, I came up with the topic one single flower. One of my favourite quotes is “If we could see the miracle of a single flower clearly, our whole life would change.” Buddha.
Well just like Cee I absolutely adore Dahlias, my archives are full of them. Oddly we do not have any growing in our garden! I must rectify this. So here is a photo of the last one I had the pleasure of snapping.

Beautiful, grow some, Ken even if in a pot. 🙂

A lovely image Ken – I was equally impressed with the dahlia photos and sad we don’t really have them here. Too hot I suppose. Yours is lovely

Yes I would miss them if I could not see them!

This is an absolutely gorgeous dahlia. Aren’t they just the most photogenic of flowers. I used to grow them, but they are way to hard to grow. I just go down the street to the dahlia farm. It is so nice to see them year after year, acres and acres of dahlia. 😀
