Challenge: A Photo a Week Challenge
Topic: Something Baked
Well like so many other folks at this time, I have been baking sourdough bread. I have been using the extra time I have saved from commuting, nearly 2hrs a day, to do things I like, and being in the kitchen is one of them, pies, cakes, biscuits and bread, I do love being in the kitchen!
So here is todays loaf, almost fresh out of the oven!

I’ve started a batch today. I hope this will inspire mine to behave itself. It usually goes through an octopus phase at the ‘roll into a tight ball’ stage. 🙂

I know exactly what you mean, it does after all have a life of its own, otherwise it wouldn’t work! I had not attempted sourdough until 6 months ago, I had made plenty of other bread though. I have to say I am now hooked.
