For this week’s challenge, Susan and I invite you to tell us or show us your own personal observations of things you have noticed that could be labelled “odd”
Looking back through photos I always have one or two oddities, this one was taken on a recent walk. I just really liked the way this odd little weather worn post was sticking up from the undergrowth. This now redundant post was left in situ, now with no function other than to spark my – ‘that looks a bit odd’ radar, and cause me to halt and take a snap.

I wonder what the purpose once was?

I assume it was once a post that served the purpose of those that are just visible behind, and that its friends were either removed, or have since rotted 🙂
