I’m sure I’ve seen the guy playing mandolin in mid Wales at various gigs before the lockdowns. He plays in a band that play traditional Jewish folk music and they’re very good.

This was at an event called ‘The Gower reel’ in 2014. The band I play Upright bass for are based mostly in M.Wales, though I am further South these days. We all tend to know one another – its even closer than ‘Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon’ for Welsh ‘folk’ musicians usually.

It’s strange you mention Kevin Bacon, he was in our village a couple of years ago, Llangunllo, making his last film.
