Each week sonofabeach96 challenges us with the following:
This Which Way challenge is all about capturing the roads, walks, trails, rails, steps, signs, etc. we move from one place to another on. You can walk on them, climb them, drive them, ride on them, as long as the specific way is visible. Any angle of a bridge is acceptable as are any signs.
This week we visited Llandeilo, while there I saw this sign in the pub in which we ate, I would have taken it home if I could have.
‘Out’, Llandeilo, 2019.
And to give it a little more context.
‘Exit’, Llandeilo, 2019.
Well this week Frank challenges us with the topic ‘Layer’:
I don’t normally do this, but I had just used this photo as part of another blog post, and I just had to use it here, it was an option just too good to miss. I have linked to the original post so you can see the building up of the layers, and in itself providing another layer to both this post, and the original story. So here is the picture:
I knew I had plenty of other images that would fit the bill though.
‘Nash point layers’, Nash point, 2018.
And just because the post is about layers, I thought I would layer the two images. . .
Well this week V.J. has challenged us with:
‘Story’ – There are many ways we might approach this challenge: dig up a story from our timelines, tell a story about the future, offer a story through images, or even uncover the story of another.
I really was not sure how I was going to do this, so I sought inspiration in food as is so often the case, and then I remembered taking these pictures of the Yule pie I made. So here is a story for you entitled ‘Yule Pie’ – it has a fabulous conclusion even if I do say so myself.
Each week, K’lee and Dale offer us prompts to consider as their latest challenge, this week it is ‘Food’. This could be seen as slightly of tangent but cats always want food, and this one appears to want to take a shortcut directly to a perceived food source.
‘Hopeful’, Brynna, 2009.
