These boots are made for walking – Kammie’s Oddball Challenge – February 21, 2019

Each week Kammie challenges us to post an oddball photo:

Odd Ball Photos are those great photos that you take which really don’t seem to fit into a common category.  We’ve all taken them and like them, because we just can’t hit delete and get rid of them.

So what to choose for this week, having chosen a mirrored photo for the last two weeks I thought I would continue with that theme.  So after a quick delve into the ancient archives I turned up the image of my boots, I take a fair few shots of my boots, shoes, sandals, and it is usually on purpose!  So this time I thought I would give you the before and after.  The first may be slightly odd but the resulting image is definitely an oddball.

So what to choose for this week, having chosen a mirrored photo last week I thought I would do the same again.  Once again the basic photo was not an oddball at all, but once it was mirrored on both vertical and horizontal axis, and a filter or two added, well . . .

Peat – Kammie’s Oddball Challenge – February 7, 2019

This week I went looking in the archives, friends had mentioned a holiday that had me looking back through some old shots.  I found this photo taken on a Minolta Dimage Z3.  While the photo itself is not that much of an oddball, being of a peat cutting ditch in the Outer Hebrides, the resultant mirrored image is a bit of an oddity.
