Stillness, our Sunday Stills theme this week, seemed appropriate during this month of June.
This was one of those perfect moments, sunset along the river Nith, a peaceful moment, a moment to reflect, a moment to take joy in being alive, a moment of clarity that can only be found when all around you is stilled.

When the world feels like it is crashing down on me, I recognize the invitation. It is time. This week, I challenge myself to practice stillness, through meditation, breathing, yoga – however I find myself there.
