This Friday, ‘The Snow Melts Somewhere’ and ‘Something to Ponder About’ have been helped out by Manja who is standing in for Snow, and has posted the challenge:

This week she said floral, and so it shall be.

Orange illuminated- Weekly Photo Challenge : Orange

This week Jenn at ‘Traveling at Wits End‘ asks:

It’s a color challenge this week. I don’t do these very often, but I seem to have brought back a whole lot of orange from India and it’s got me seeing the color everywhere. This week the challenge is to….
Photograph the Color Orange

Well as I entitled last weeks submission ‘Banana’ the idea of orange made me chuckle, should I continue with the fruit theme, however it was one of those rare occasions when we do not have an orange, satsuma, or clementine in the house.  So instead here are some lovely tulips for you.

Tulips from the Lakes – Friendly Friday – Coral-ish colors

In this weeks Friendly Friday Challenge we were asked:

When I saw that Living Coral was chosen as the Pantone color of the year 2019, I thought: perfect, let’s make “living coral” this week’s prompt! (And I like the eco-friendly, discreetly critical emphasis on living.) . . . But wait, there’s more! In case you’re having as much difficulty as I am finding coral, you can also use orange, and – let’s be generous here – red coral, like I decided to use.

Well it was certainly hard to find Coral in my archives – however I think the Photo below has coral shades in there somewhere.
