This week Debbie has challenged us with the following:
Welcome to One Word Sunday, and over to all of you to join the challenge with your own aerial post.
Not quite in focus, and therefore why it has languished unedited for so long, however I felt it could be pressed into service for this challenge.
This weekend GC and SueW have chosen ‘Wings’ as the theme for their challenge.
This weekend GC and I have chosen WINGS as your Weekly Prompts Photo Challenge.
Well I went with the slightly obvious for my first shot, taken at Arlington court, on a cold and rainy day, I did not take nearly as many photos as I normally would.
‘You’re not eating me yet’, Arlington Court, 2019.
And the second photo on a lovely warm day at the end of last summer , while in Cornwall. I think I can get away with this as both the surfboard and the kite are sometimes referred to as wings!
‘I can almost fly’, Sennen Cove, 2018.
This week Teri has challenged us with:
Flight has a variety of meanings, whether it is the obvious where something has wings and flies, or a flight of stairs, or fleeing from danger (flight or fight), or how about a flight of beer samples?
So here is a photo taken at a medieval fair in Caerphilly where there was a bird of prey show.
‘Spread your wings’, Caerphilly, 2015.
